Summary: Great Books
Review: I bought a set of these books for a niece as a Christmas present. I had no idea she had read the previous books in the series. Upon opening the box, (within five minutes), she found herself a quite corner of the room and was already several pages into the book.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Best of the series yet!
Review: I loved these three of the Series of unfourtunate events the best so much happens that will make the whole story more understand able. In the eighth book the Baudelaires find important information or atleast a picture that may hold the key to why their house was burneddown also in the ninth book something bad happens to one of the Baudelaires and the other two have no control over it and I am on the edge of my seat (waiting) to read the next book I love these books and I think others will too.

Rating: 2 stars
Summary: Well written but unappealing content
Review: I read the book that took place at the lumber mill. I picked the book up because it was supposed to be funny. I don't find child maltreatment entertaining. If you are a reader interested in an adventure story about orphans I would highly recommend Homecoming by Cynthia Voight. It's wonderful.

Summary: A series of Unfortunate Events
Review: These books are fantastic, for any age. I've read almost the whole series (its getting hard to find some of these now), and love them. Kids will find them awesome, while adults will find them hillarious. I love Lemony Snicket!
