Review: Although it's written for kids, adults can enjoy it, too. And there's lots of photos! Cohen goes through a quick survey of monsters in literature, film and radio. Some surprised me--it's not often anyone mentions "The Colussus of New York." There are
other books that are much more detailed, but they are much more expensive and much, much larger. This is a slim, easy-to-read
paperback, made to order for that youngster in your family you
might be showing some curiosity about monsters (and what normal
kid doesn't?)
