Review: This books is SO BORING, it's not a surprise that it has fallen out of print. This book was so bad, reading it made my feet fall asleep. I'm sure we can forgive the author, but not the expense of buying a copy of this pathetic refuse. It didn't even make good compost. If you want to read something that is absolutely, astonishingly, perfectly bad, search out a used copy of this book.
