Review: At long last more animorphs!!!! I think yhis is one of the best animorph books, it's about time they added to their numbers and James and the rest are a great choice!!
1 question in this book there is a boy named Timmy with a bobcat morph but in the next books his name is Tuan????
i think we should get to know the other new animorphs more though, some of the 17 you don't even find out their names.
Anyway a great book, buy it! No buy them ALL!!!!

Summary: The ultimate book in the Animorphs series
Review: Fantastic, amazing, and thrilling all at once -- Animorphs #50: The Ultimate adds a new spark to the series that keeps getting better and better. The Animorphs and their parents are living in isolation in the Hork Bajir colony -- downtrodden and depressed, there no longer is a home they can go to , and as the Yeerks gain stronger and more powerful each day the battle is beginning to get worse then ever before. The only one who can come up with something is Cassie -- and as she dares to increase the numbers of the Animorphs, the others don't find it agreeable . But as they're left with no choice, they set out on an unforgettable adventure that Cassie can only hope for the best. With hope their only key, the Animorphs try Cassie's daring plan -- but will the outcome be as dark as they suspected? K.A. Applegate brings #50 The Ultimate to an ending that will shock everyone but admire Cassie's courage. It is a powerfully absorbing book, especially for a series -- and readers will be begging for more of the Animorphs series that has been turned so amazing -- and unforgettable.

Summary: The Ultimate
Review: My son recently wrote the following mini-review:

With 23 recruits from rehabilitation centers and schools for the blind (who, our heroes reason, would be less likely to be infested by the Yeerks), the Animorphs are prepared to tackle one of their biggest battles yet. The Yeerks gain the power to morph when Cassie chooses to protect Jake rather than stop the Yeerks from escaping with the "morphing cube." The enemy is now much more difficult to defeat. When increasing their numbers, the Animorphs remember what happened with David, a recruit from earlier in the series, who "went bad" and turned against the Animorphs after he received their powers.

Summary: Very Deep....Not at all what it appears to be
Review: One thing I've always admired about the ANIMORPHS series is how deep is truly is, especially as we get closer to the end of the series. Cassie shows a true depth of character in this book, and shows that she sees connections that others don't. Allowing Tom to take the morphing cube shocked me when I first read it. I couldn't believe it. But, in hindsight, you can see what a truly brilliant move it was. The addition of new Animorphs was very creative and well-done, as well, with yet again more moral debates. As you read the entire Animorphs series, you can't expect just some simple story about kids turning into animals to fight aliens. It sounds so hokey, but it's very deep, very well-thought out, and it definitely makes you think and relate to these characters. Cassie's decisions in this book are no exception.

Summary: Will they make the same mistake twice?
Review: The Animorphs are falling apart. Jake is refusing to take responsibility and be the leader they need, and the 'rents aren't helping with their refusal to cope with reality. Rachel is constantly blowing up at her mom for not facing the truth, that this isn't some law case and that they are in a real war, while Cassie's parents can't seem to realize that the Hork-Bajir aren't just a bunch of animals in need of help. They have no way of getting information about the Yeerks and if they are attacked now, the Yeerks probably won't have a problem taking them down. So they figure there's only one way they can stand a chance against the Yeerks, the morphing cube. They need more people on their side, but everyone remembers what happened the last time they gave someone the morphing power. And if they do choose to do it how will they figure out who's a controller and who's not. Kimberly Morris, the ghostwriter who helped with this book, did a really great job. Cassie's usually not my favorite character, but I actually liked her in this book. This book that shows how much Cassie has changed due to the war. It has earned its place next to #49 on my bookshelf.

Summary: 6 stars, actually...
Review: The Animorphs are falling apart. Naomi can't handle the reality. Jake's lost his parents. Rachel's losing self-control. The Animorphs know that this 6-against-a-million war can't go on much longer. So they ask themselves:Is it time to expand the Animorphs? If their plan fails, it will be deadly. This book is great though.

Summary: The animorphs have over quadrupled in size!
Review: This book was fantastic! Lately, the books have been going a bit downhill, but the recent ones are brilliant. This book is amazing. Jake is depressed and cannot cope with leadership anymore, and thier parents are no help at all. They need to increase thier numbers, but they remember what happened with David. They have several options, a hospital where they could let disabled children become free, or a blind childrens school, the army, or the general public. The book keeps you in suspense all the time, and its also very emotional.

Summary: i am 14 NOT 12 but this is easier to write my review!!! :)
Review: This book was too cool! The Animorphs are stuck. They're living in the Hork Bajir valley in the forest with their disbelieving families, and shaky resistance against an attack, should one come. Jake and Cassie are at odds and there's in-fighting at every turn, which is breaking them up. Finally, when they realize they need a bigger army, they start to recruit new Animorphs.
Without a doubt, this is a classic book in the series. You can't miss it. The people the Animorphs choose are great, the climax is exciting, and the storyline is believable. Wonderful book, KA!
