Summary: This is the best book in the world
Review: I thought it was boring at first but when you get into the book it gets kind of interesting. I think the author could have done a better job explaining his raps and they kept swithching from finding the treasure to doing something in the hood so you never knew what was happening and he switched the characters so many times it was hard to figure out which character was talking. I think if you want to read this book go check it out dont buy it because its a waste of your money.

Summary: The Mouse Rap
Review: The Mouse Rap
Part II

Fredrick or as his friends call him, The Mouse, is a twelve-year-old boy that lives with his mom and step dad growing up in the Bronx. Mouse is always getting into trouble. His friend's sometime makes fun of him because of his size and his Raps. The Mouse doesn't care; he just whips them in basketball. He has friends like omega, Styx, and this new girl named Beverly that the Mouse has a crush on. The Mouse also likes to play basketball with his friends. One time, he played with his friends against a person named Bobby in a basketball game and The Mouse beat Bobby. After the basketball game, Bobby goes after The Mouse and tries to beat him up. Suddenly, Beverly shows up out of no where and beats up Bobby. Bobby never bothered The Mouse again. The Mouse thanked Beverly saying that he didn't need her help, went back home and ate the wonderful macaroni that his mother makes him all the time. On the next day he goes to Styx house and finds out that there is 10 million dollars that a gang leader named Tiger Morton that is now dead has hid. So he goes with his friends and tries to find the treasure. When he finds the place was the treasure is, it's locked. The next day, he opens the door and it is unlocked. He goes in and finds out that the treasure is gone and a policeman took it and gave it to the city. Everything turns out good and it is a happy ending.

This book was ok, it is mainly boring on some parts and exciting on others. If you read the book you'll get kind of sad and happy. You'll laugh on some parts and get puzzled on others. I would suggest for a 5th and 6th age level group for this book. Over all, the book it great, sad, mad, and funny at the same time.
