Summary: An Outstanding Chemistry Textbook
Review: I first purchased this book in high school in 1982 because I was having in trouble in Chemistry. This is by far the best basic book on Chemistry I have ever read. I does an outstanding job explaining basic chemistry to the lay person. This book helped me understand chemistry so well that I was able to validate out of college chemistry two years later without reading the book again.
