Review: I remember reading this book for the first time when I was in the fifth grade, and it utterly enthralled me. Granted, I probably wouldn't appreciate it as much if I read it for the first time today, but I do remember enjoying this book very much. A very good choice for pre-teens or young adults.

Summary: Great book for paranormal fanatics
Review: When i was in 8th grade i read this book. Turns out to this day to still be my favorite book. This book is a must for you fans of Science fiction/Paranormal powers. I must admit that altho some of the senary details of the state of texas can be a little sketchy but you have to cut him some slack the author never lived in texas tho he does do a Fairly good job of describing it. All in all i believe this is a commonly skipped over book. I also feel that it is best to read the other 2 stories that come before it in the series ( the artarian messenger, and The Seer).
Great book read it! and read the other 2 !
