Review: I am new to the Art of Jiu jitsu, so I was looking for a primer that would give me a stable introduction into the art. Uganawa Adanhdo Jujutsu does just that; the book is easy reading and straight forward in the application of techniques.

Review: This is an intresting book. Mr. Baker shows a well rounded range of cross training experience that many people would find helpful. His weapons (staff) training exhibits a desire on Mr. Baker's part for his students to develop and have several real life defense avenues if needed. This is another good book for anyones martial arts library.
