Review: I received this book as a (somewhat sarcastic) gift after winning a few bar bets on golf rulings. Aside from its obvious value as a reference work it makes great reading in short segments (you can figure out an appropriate location). It is guaranteed to pay for itself in bets at the 19th hole, but will also, unfortunately, add a few strokes to your score. A great gift idea for any avid golfer.
