Review: I found the Hawaii Golf Guide to be a complete look at golf in Hawaii. It lists all of the courses and gives a bit of historical editorial. The publication is well designed, with beautiful color pictures that take you right to the courses of Hawaii. There are several maps by Island included as well.

This an ideal and "must have" publication for anyone considering a visit to Hawaii with golf in mind.
