Summary: Just what I needed!
Review: I wasn't sure which club to use for which shot, how to add up a score when I lost a ball in the water, or what to say in a pro shop to keep myself from looking like a newbie to the game. This book showed me the basics without making me feel like a "dummy", and is FILLED with all sorts of interesting details about the game that comes in handy on the course!

Summary: Great book for beginners!! Learn the lingo and the game!!
Review: Scott Lotts brings the complex game of golf into everyone's life by explaining the game thoroughly and easily. The book is easy to read, and will fit in a player's bag when on the course. He elaborates the game to a 'tee' and I encourage any novice (and professional) to buy this book. It is well worth the ten dollars, and I look forward to his next book.
