Summary: Learn HOW to keep your eye on the ball!
Review: How many times has someone said "Keep your eye on the ball"? If you are involved in sports, you've heard it hundreds if not thousands of times from friends, coaches... even your competitors. But in all the years I've been shooting trap or skeet, or playing golf... NO ONE has ever explained HOW to do just that.... until Dr. Martin wrote this book. I purchased my first copy about 12 years ago, and today it has a special place in my library. I highly reccomend this book for self improvement or as a gift. Just don't give one to a friend until you have read your copy first. Wait until they ask you what you did to improve your game... then if you don't mind some competition, buy them a copy as a gift!
