Summary: Great book to take with you anywhere!
Review: This is the only book I've been able to find that isn't 80 pages or more. I wanted a book of just forms to take to the gym or work at the gym by myself. I didn't want to hold a huge book and at $12 you don't really worry about beating it up. If I could get 10 of these I'd loan them to my students. The book has only form not any philosphy or history. Those are great but not the point of this book. At 100 pages and small it covers each Teaguk form. First there is a small but legible picture diagram of each form. Great for when you just need a little reminder. And then it goes into each form a step at a time with 4 pictures on a page and captions with descriptions.
