The book is not a bunch of t-shirts all put together, but rather notes and photos designed for serious inspiration that will hold the attention of anyone from ten to one-hundred ten. A great gift for sports enthusiats, teens, or anyone familiar with No Fear as the book relates to everyone. I thoroghly enjoyed it, reference it regualrly, and have given it to several friends in the past couple of years.
