Review: This is a cute children's picture book. It is about a little boy that is spotted in a park doing tricks. Right away he is given a contract by a man, and is swept away to "the big time ." Though the boy becomes very wealthy and well known for his entertaining ability, he is also bored and unhappy. One day the little lad decides he has had enough. At the end you see the boy back performing at the park in front of a small crowd as you had in the beginning of the book. Even though the book has only pictures this forces you to make up a story with words on your own. I have all of Michael Willhoite's books, and I think that he is a fantastic writer.
