Summary: GOOD STUFF.
Review: I found that this book had very effective and creative ways of submitting opponents with the triangle from many different fighting positions (both offensive and defensive). It thoroughly explains each concept of entering, setting up, and scoring the triangles. Also, if the triangle doesn't strangle your opponent there is usually a complementary arm lock that works. GOOD STUFF.
