Summary: Better than Before
Review: I read Mr. trimble's first effort and enjoyed it very much. His second effort not only did not disappoint me, but proved to be even better. I have a practiced Shotokan karate for over 20 years and had come to accept the standard interpretation of the katas. After reading Mr. Trimble I have an entirely different understanding and look forward to expanding that understanding even more as I delve deeper into the book.

Review: I've only trained with Guy a few dozen times over the last few years and from the first practice with him I could start to see lights come on in my practice, and life. Guy studies practical aplication of what we've been practicing for years from prespectives that I'd never seen before. You would do well to read, practice, and understand.
