Summary: Couldn't ask for a better reference...
Review: of the Grand Sport Corvette. This book has some fascinating ancedotes about the development and racing of these rare machines. It also has some of the most detailed photographs of this era of racing I've ever seen. If you need a reference for the Grand Sport, this book is well worth the money (and the wait - it took almost six weeks to arrive). It covers all five of the Grand Sports build by Chevrolet and follows them through their lifetime, even including some beautiful color pictures of the restored cars in modern times. I absolutely recommend this book for any fan of Corvettes, the Grand Sport, or just the racing of that period in history.
