Review: The book was pretty decent, it was able to discuss some of the key points of upper jabs. What I liked most about the book was that it gave good analogies. Over all I would say it is worth your buy.

Review: Very short on the fundamentals of stance, movement and punches. Really limited on information for the reader, but a starting point before other books. My overall option is not to bother and go with Boxer's Start-Up : A Beginner's Guide to Boxing (Start-Up Sports, No 9).
