The book is extremely thought provoking for the beginner and even more so for the veteran martial artist. Revolutionary in that it focuses on the physical and mental aspects of the martial arts and also incorporates, which many other books lack and authors seemingly disregard, the environment! For anyone interested in becoming REALISTICALLY proficient in the martial arts this book is a great addition to anyone's martial arts library.
