Review: This book is "Chicken Soup" for the Ranger fanatic. It is loaded with history, but is not overwhelming. It gives you what you want. Some of the stories are pretty hilarious.I gave this book to my husband, for Christmas, the year it was released. He only mentioned wanting it about every five minutes, from the time he first heard about it! If someone you love is a Ranger fanatic, this is the ultimate gift(I've come to love it, myself)I actually had to disguise it when I wrapped it up, and put it under the tree; he wanted it that bad! We weren't disappointed, and you won't be either! There is a lot of heart in this book. I only hope they update it, at least once a decade.
