Summary: The fast track to the fast tracks
Review: Being a rookie on the Net but a veteran fan of NASCAR, I was at first apprehensive of the book. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the easy to read, easier to understand format. I found things about racing that amazed me. A fine blend of humor and information makes this the perfect "read and click" gift for fans, family and mouseophobics who love racing.

Summary: As good as possible
Review: Books of this nature are always limited by timeliness (sites come and go -- and change -- so quickly). The fifth star is only withheld because of that unavoidable limitation. This is as good and complete a guite to auto racing on the Web as I can imagine. I'm an auto racing nut who's been online for almost 20 years, and I found stuff I had never seen in this book. Kudos to the author.

Summary: Incredible!
Review: I just got the book! And I am amazed! I have been working in Racing Related web work for over 5 years now and this book brought me to sites I never knew existed! All excellent sites with many extra, and most FREE services for all Racing Fans. Thank you!

Summary: 300 Incredible Things for Auto Racing Fans on the Internet
Review: I just got this book and started visiting all the incredible AUTO RACING sites on the Net. Finally I can get to great racing sites without all the clutter that the search engines provide. Thank you, thank you, thank you for writing such an incredible book.

Summary: Finally! A really useful web book
Review: I picked up this book because my husband is such a NASCAR nut, I thought he'd find a few things of interest. Well I'm the one using it most. Racing really is fun when you know the sites to visit. I've learned alot and had to buy 2 more copies because our friends loved it too. Organized for fast, easy reference and funny too.

Summary: A Super Collection of Racing Websites
Review: I'm very happy with this book. I've found a lot of good auto racing stuff I never even knew was out there like a site that features vintage auto racing posters and another one that's got a great collection of old black & white racing photos from the 50's and 60's. There's lots of photo sites listed and a site that has all the scanner frequencies for just about any series you can name. I found a few dead links, but I guess there's not much you can do about that. I recommend this book for anybody who loves racing!

Summary: Great Collection of Racing Links
Review: I've been online for years and have followed racing for decades but not until I received this book did I every have any indication how many great racing sites there are on the Net. I really enjoy this book. It's perfect for anybody who loves any kind or racing.

Summary: Not for the web-savy racing fan!
Review: If you already have a good collection of racing "favorites" in your browser, then this book may not be for you. Although I found a "few" sites I didn't know, most of the sites were either main sites racing enthusiasts already knew or were people's personal sites. I did like the Teenie Bikini site (of course!) but as a webmaster and web enthusiast, I found the book a little disappointing.

Summary: The Off-Line Search Engine
Review: They say a person spends one-third of their life sleeping. Since becoming a motorsports site webmaster, I have found that number to be quite high! Thanks to this Incredible book, however, I am able to spend less time messing with unforgiving search engines ... and closing back in on that one-third number! Thanks for including our site and thank you for creating this handy roadmap to the information superspeedway.
