Review: This book was really good. I had been reading about all these new herbs and stuff but didn't know much and didn't have access to good information on them. So Hatfield's book really filled a need for me. He writes in an easy-going style about complicated stuff, so it's easy to follow. Very cool book. Very upbeat. I've been buying these vitamins now and using them and feel much better after working out. Thank you.
