Review: This little old book, published over 25 years ago, is still one of the best books out there for getting into bodybuilding. What it lacks in specifics for nutrition can be made up elsewhere, but what it contains for no-nonsense lifting advice is stellar. Anyone who wants excellent information related to lifting, without a huge and expensive tome to tote around should buy this old standard.
