Summary: Very good primer on Aikido
Review: A lot of Aikido books are heavy on philosophy and light on concepts (i.e. technique). This book is a sleeper hit. The author very expertly addresses the "ki power" philosophy and sets the record straight - in my opinion. This is a good book to have in one's Aikdio library along with Gozo Shioda's AIKIDO: THE MASTER COURSE.
