Review: Stanier has the ability to introduce training methods that if followed correctly produce accurate results. i have used both the book on lunging and the book on long reining, and have had success with both methods. I also enjoy that she is truthful about the fact that her methods are not the only way to get the results that are expected. her methods have given her results with various sorts of breeds of horse. they will not just work on warmbloodeds and high level dressage horses but all types. i have a hotblooded type. he is fresh at the start of every training session, but when i impose the methods that he has learned, he immediately carries himself with the natural grace of his breed, without any hassle.
