Rating: Summary: Great book! Review: At last a windsurfing book packed with modern images of the sport! Too many books are now out of date and don't show the real scene, this has put that right. There are some good tips and advice for modern techniques and it's a great book to sit down and flick through, amazing pictures, especially in the freestlyle chapter. A great snap shot of the sport.
Rating: Summary: A Piture Book Review: Don't be fooled, this book is not written by Josh Stone and Jason Polalow, it has been been written by Nik Baker and Daida Ruano Morneo. I admit they are two well renouned windsurfers but not the advertised people. The content is ok but no more than is provided in the average winsufing magazine. Definately for the beginner or intermediate windsurfer. Some interesting comments about gybing, freestyle manouvers and wave riding but not in depth enough to really tell you how to do them, just a basic outline.
Rating: Summary: No real tips Review: This books is a waste of time. Not too many tips. No instructional diagrams. Just pictures of ppl looking very cool while windsurfing. Unhelpful for the beginner.
Rating: Summary: Great book! Review: This is a great book if you want an imressive insight into the world of professional windsurfing. It has amazing pictures and some great trick tips from the two authors. A must for sailors of any level who want a decent book on the shelf!
