Rating: Summary: Elroy..Elroy..Elroy Cohen.. Review: ..gets the Gas Face!Haha, I can't believe Prime Minister Pete Nice wrote a book..
Rating: Summary: (Potter's) Field of Dreams Review: Peter Nash is a Brooklyn native who wrote a baseball book about the park in his neighborhood. Oddly, the park is a cemetery and the players have been dead for over 100 years! Nash conducted a tour of the cemetery recently and despite the weather, it was great. The book follows the tour closely. I strongly encourage those in the NYC area to buy this book and take a few hours taking a self-guided tour through Green-Wood. If you are not in NYC, the book is filled with great photos and interesting tid-bits.

Rating: Summary: Great for old-time baseball buffs and Brooklyn historians Review: Pictures of the graves and monuments to a surprisingly large number of early-mid-19th century baseball players along with reproductions of lithographs and photographs of the players and Brooklyn's baseball history in general make this an attractive find for baseball history buffs, Brooklyn fans, and those who have an opportunity to visit the vast and amazing Green-Wood Cemetery.
