Summary: Iron Palm without ki or chi
Review: If you are looking for internal power techniques, like DOKU TE and DIM MAK, don't by this book. The techniques it's only to increase the fisic resistance from the hands/skin. You will not learn how to do a punch in a brick and break something behind it.

Summary: Complete Iron Palm
Review: In my opinion the book is well writen for such a lack of pages. It explains how to condition the hands for iron palm, but it does not tell the secrets to the art it self. This itself is a waste ,though it does give a great insite in spotting fakes and there ways of proforming there unbeleviable breaks. This is deffinately helpful when picking out a teacher in this almost imposible art. It also gives pointers in how to breake and what is the best to use in the breaking process. It iself as a whole is almost the best biggeners book on the art.

Summary: short and sour
Review: This book is awful. Why? Because it does not teach you Iron Palm. The Author should have looked up the word "complete" in the dictionary. If this is "Complete" Iron Palm, then why write another book called "Advanced Iron Palm"?? No matter what, after I read this book I realized my palm will never be iron but I think my brain is possibly iron because I was so stupid to buy this worthless piece of nonsense.

Summary: Iron palm ? Yes.. Complete? No way!
Review: This is a very small book, but it does cover a lot of conditioning methodes, and is an interesting read in that respect. So to keep this short: This book is good on what it covers: Conditioning! But in no way complete. The information it contains is worth absorbing, but personally i did not like the style that it was written in.
