Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Great Insights a little short
Review: The insights presented were wonderful she comments on everything from the trials women face in the training environment to the differences in uniform sizing. I gave this book 4 stars however because I felt the book was somewhat short I would reccomend seeking this book out at a library first I finished it in a day due to the fact it is only about 120 pages long.

Summary: Excellent Writing A little Short
Review: This book was well organized and an excellent read I finished it in a day however this may have been partly due to the fact that it is only 120pgs long. I personally feel that there must be more than 120 pages worth of information that could be compiled on helping to teach Women in the Martial arts. But other wise an excellent book and a helpful insight to instructing women.
