Rating: Summary: Excellent depiction and explanation of the forms. Review: My interest in Tai Chi is in the forms alone. I prefer to avoid the Daoism or Chinese cosmology usually associated with Tai Chi. So a portion of the YMAA books is of little use to me. I must say, however, that the YMAA books do an excellant job of showing how the forms are performed. Though the forms can be learned from the book alone, the learning can made a little easier by watching the video too.
