Summary: A wholesome account of two of NBA's early heros
Review: Mr. Marshall gives us a wholesome look at the lives of NBA basketball players and twin brothers Dick and Tom Van Arsdale. Reading the book caused me to fondly recall the early days of the NBA when the salaries were not as high and the shooting was a lot hotter.I especially enjoyed the way Mr. Marshall used interviews with some of the games earliest and greatest stars (i.e. Bill Bradley, Billy Cunningham, Jerry West, and so on) to point out that these great players always understood that there is another life after their careers are over.
