Rating: 5 stars
Summary: MUST HAVE for any weight lifter!
Review: Been a little while since I read it- but don't worry about the pics of all those HYOOGE guys. Inside is advice that will work for everyone. Very good solid basic training and nutritional advice abounds.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: EXCELENT BOOK
Review: HAY THERE DO NOT LET THE TITLE OF THIS BOOK FOOL YOU. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR INFORMATOIN ABOUT ANABOLIC STERIODS, THIS IS NOT THE BOOK FOR YOU, THOUGH IS DOES HAVE A VERY SMALL SECTION ON THEM. IF YOU ARE ON THE OTHER HAND, LOKING FOR NATURAL WAYS OF BUILDING MUSCLE, OR WANT TO KNOW HOW TO EAT PROPERLY, OR EVEN WANT TO LEARN BASIC AND BY BASIC I DO NOT MEAN HARDCORE, THEN BUY THIS BOOK. IT IS NOT THE BEST ON THE SUBJET BUT IT IS ONE OF THE TOP TEN.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Still the best of its kind
Review: I read this book a while ago, and it is still the best of its kind. He pretty much sums up everything a person needs to know to put on muscle mass. It's very practical and easy to read. It's a short book, but he does not use a 100 pages on silly recipes either, which is how most books are done. It's 100% good info. A must read for anyone who wants to put on muscle or is a fan of his.

Summary: If you're looking for help on how to eat, look no future
Review: The one thing missing in most beginner to intermediate bodybuilders is a lack of knowledge about nutrition and supplements. Most think that working out hard is enough. This book will tell you what you need to do to jump to the next notch.

I learned a lot from this book, especially because I thought I knew what to eat and when. What supplements to take and when. I tried Mr. Brink's recommendations. I even emailed him and got an immediate and helpful response. His advice helped me to add more muscle when I felt like I had hit a wall.

If you're an advanced bodybuilding and know a lot about nutrition and supplements, this book will probably not tell you anything you don't already know. But,for the rest of us, this much needed information can make all the difference.

I find it interesting that much of the health industry, such as Dr. Weill, are writing and lecturing on topics that have been tried and true for the bodybuilding industry for years. Maybe the rest of the world is catching on after all!

Summary: Some depth.....
Review: This book was ok at best. It contained some helpful information that could be useful. I wish it had been more realistic with less mention of steroids. If you take steroids this book might be helpful to you?

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: useless garbage
Review: This is a great book if you want to trash your body with steroids and end up looking like a deformed monster like the author and the photo's of all the other moron's in this book. There is no honor or sense of personal accomplishment to use beef cattle drugs to attain big muscles.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: A good place to start for bodybuilders
Review: While I do not think this book is jam packed with information that may actually be one of its strengths. If you hate to read books that sound like a journal article this may be for you.
