The coach has organized a lot of very good coverage and pressure concepts so they're easy to teach, and applies them to all types of front structures--Odd, Even, Split, and 3-3, so that you can make use of some of the ideas no matter what your base defense is. Simply the best book of its kind I've seen...thorough and well-explained.
