Summary: This book is rather disappointing.
Review: There aren't a lot of rowing books out there, so this one was eagerly awaited. I wish I could say the wait was worth it, but it really wasn't. There is not much here of interest to a rower with any experience at all; Steve Redgrave's similar book, "The Complete Book Of Rowing," is much more interesting and useful.David Lynch
