Summary: Great book very easy to understand and follow.
Review: This is a very good book for anyone interested in Quigong. This book is very well written in plain and easy to understand language. The divisions in the book are natural and allow you to progress at your leisure. The illustrations are very clear and go hand in hand with the instructions. I would recommend this book,and as a matter of fact,I have to anyone that has a willingness to learn the beginnings of Quigong.
