Review: This is a wonderful book about provisioning a bareboat. Simple in concept, but packed with ideas that make your bareboat charter more enjoyable. We just returned from our first bareboat charter and with the Joan's ideas we not only saved a bundle of money, but enjoyed our cruise more. When bareboating one wants to keep cooking chores to a minimum and Joan's precooking tips allow one to succeed in this effort while eating well. I found all her advice to be true and was especially surprized that the frozen food packaging she recommended traveled so well. Will definitely be bareboating and following Joan's suggestions for provisioning again.
