Summary: A must for the beginner or intermediate fly tiers.
Review: Once again I am impressed with Jack's ability to create a treatise on flytying which cuts to the heart of the subject and incorporates not only his own thoughts but also those of other flytiers of renown. My hat is off to Jack and his friends. This volume will be at my elbow when first hand advice is needed.

Summary: A good beginner and intermediate book.
Review: This is a very helpful book that shows you how to ty flies that catch fish when the common fly is not. When the common flies are working they catch more fish. I simply love the way the Jack molds his ideas for flies. The best thing about it is that all of his fly make sense scientifically.
