Rating: Summary: My least favorite tape Review: I walk about 60 minutes a day and listen to music tapes to help me maintain a fast pace. This cassette has NO rhythm, and I have yet to find a way to use it to help me walk at a certain speed. The music is nice, though, so I use it whenever I want to have just a leisurely stroll. I would return this item, if I could.

Rating: Summary: Wonderful music, but... Review: The music on this tape is excellent. What it lacks is proper pacing. Although the cassette package says there's a 15 minute warm up, and a cool down at the end, I found it hard to distinguish. It would have benefited from a voice over indicating when the 15, 30, and 45 minute intervals had been reached. I think this is a good tape for a strictly 1 hour walk, but it's not as good for a shorter walk.
