Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Answers for advanced trainees...
Review: Further Brawwn picks up where Stuart McRoberts other books leave off. This book is almost entirely in question and answer format so you can skim for the questions that most interest you. I found it to be a good book and I learned a lot from reading it. McRobert is very firm in his beliefs that 99.9% of people who weight train do it wrong. I would tend to agree with that. This book is a great read for anyone who has ever looked at themselves in the mirror and said...how come I havent reached my potential. This book adresses advanced questions and training problems so if you are a beginner you may want to start with "Brawn" his earlier book. For intermediate and advanced trainees this book is a helpful resource that may shed some light on some of your training questions that go unanswered by the bodybuilding magazines.
