Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Where's the Male Bashing? Review: ...I have not been able to find any. Not only that, no derogatory references to men etc. not even the slightest hint. The heart of the book are its myths. The author says that many of these myths have been taught to men, however women seem to be targeted more frequently. The myths are "keep your eye on the ball" "Throw your hips into the shot" "keep your left arm straight" etc there are about 40. I honestly felt that the myths should have been better highlighted (I had to go through the book Highlighting with my magic marker). The author does an excellent job of explaining how these myths will harm your golf swing. The psychology of the game was great, I particularly liked the chapters on Golf Viruses (I think we have a few contagious one's at our club)and The Subconscious mind, where the author talks about her personal experiences. And my Favorite section was observations on Women and Golf, I guess this is the chapter where the supposed male-bashing takes place, however I did not percieve it as such...I thought they were entertaining stories. In all this is really a well written, good golf book and one a lot of men and women would benefit reading. I give it an A++++++

I tend to slightly favor Golf is a Woman's Game however, it's a coin toss. You can't go wrong with either of these books and I will be looking for a third. Great reading, excellent instruction and tells it "like it is" for the female golfer. Five stars all the way.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Excellent Review: Both I and my husband enjoyed the book very much. My husband felt that the only problem was that many of the book's myths apply to men as well as women and wished the book had been directed toward men as well. Other than that it was a really great book.

Rating: ![0 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-0-0.gif) Summary: All golfers men and women alike will benefit by reading this book. Review: Golf Is a Woman's Game contends that although women have a strong natural ability for golf,
male biased teaching methods have prevented most women from fulfilling their golfing potential.
This book identifies more than 40 myths women have been taught about their golf swings. While
dismissing these myths, Golf Is a Woman's Game also provides expert instruction, that if followed
correctly will improve any beginning to advanced golfers game
