Review: If you were only to invest in only one book on pitching mechanics this would have to be it. It is a perfect balance of hi-tech computer based biomechanical research and utter simplicity. Rather than blind you with science, you get visual illustrations of what you need to do to achieve perfect mechanics. Each carefully chosen picture is worth a thousand words.

I have no higher praise of this book, which balances complexity with simplicity, and explodes countless pitching mechanic myths perpetuated like old wive's tales by countless generations of coaches.

I thought I had seen and heard it all when it comes to coaching ideas on pitching mechanics (including biomechanics-research based stuff from both America and Japan) but this book was simply a revelation in the way it condensed extraordinarily complex biomechanical concepts into little take-home nutshells of wisdom.

This one is a MUST!!!
