Rating: Summary: Astonishing bad Review: This is the worst book on chi gong that I have ever encountered. It is really more new age fantasy than a book about authentic chi gong. A title that includes "Natural Magick" should provide a clue that you are on a trip to new age fairyland. If you are interested in chi gong, but don't know where to start, I would recommend anything by Lam Kam Chuen or B.K Frantzis. Lam Kam Chuen is especially useful for beginners and his writing is very clear and direct. Frantzis' material is also very good, though not as easy for an absolute beginner to utilize.
Rating: Summary: Amazon deleted my earlier one star review. Review: You should always subract two stars from any Amazon rating since they delete the bad reviews and let writers and their friends add as many five star reviews as they want by registering multiple id's. I thought I'd write another. I bought this book on Amazon a few years ago and it was a total waste of money. I would have sent it back but it would have cost too much so I'm using it as a door stop. Basically any info you get from this book is available on the internet for free so save your money or buy something by a known master. The writer of this book seemed more like a hippie that decided to put all their hippie feelings in print.
