Summary: Ok
Review: I thought it had some good advice but not enouth descriptions of exercises - so you kind of need to supplement it with something else.

Summary: Don't let the title fool you
Review: I was looking for a book that was a cut above the aerobic/boxing craziness which seems to be the rave in my gym here in the New York City area. Perhaps a book that would give me some sensible guidelines about how to work out, which exercises to do along with some ideas for routines and would take me from where I am to as far as I want to go. I was looking for something that would give me the training knowledge and understanding to fill in the gaps from what I've learned from others, in magazines and even other books. Based on the books I've seen on the shelves, this wouldn't be easy. Surprisingly, Bodybuilding 101 does it and more. Don't let the title fool you. This book is not just about bodybuilding, which, to me as a woman, was not something I found particularly appealing in and of itself. This book is about how anyone, woman or man, can get in great shape and stay there by simply following a well thought out and effective plan that will give you the proper foundation to build a great looking and feeling body for the rest of your life. Trends and fads come and go, but my feeling is this book will help a lot of people for a very long time.

Summary: A Must Have Book For AnyBody
Review: I'll get right to it. If you're wanting a great book that'll show you exercises, workouts and nutrition tips and mental advice different from the all others in the bodybuilding/fitness heap, then this is your book. I like a book that answers my questions and gives me lots of information from which I can either use or not use depending on my goals, my body, my level of experience, and this book does that excellently. I won't go as far to say that it's the only book you'll ever need. I don't think any book can claim that. However, I will say that I've made Bodybuilding 101 one of the top three books in my library that make up the core of my training program and philosophy.

Summary: "It really works"
Review: I'm a 28 year old woman who's done Tae-Bo, Karobics, Step and anything else that's supposedly the "best" workout and I still keep coming back to weights as the best thing that changes my body. All these other things are good for what they do, but weights just seems to impact my body better. Some friends told me about a book they bought called Bodybuilding 101. About five weeks ago I bought it and have used it two to three times per week and I've experienced really great things. For one, my body feels firmer and tighter all over. I've got more energy and stamina and I'm stronger and my body looks better in all the right places. I can only imagine how great my body will be in six months::-))))))

Summary: does the job
Review: I'm going to college and don't have a lot of time for training right now. My goal is to work out at least 2-3 times a week, maybe four, and keep what I've got and maybe get a little stronger. I bought Bodybuilding 101 because it had good routines and exercises and it also went into detail on how to train and eat for my body type. I've been following what the author suggests and I've cut my time in the gym in half and increased my results 100%! Never thought it could be done...it can.

Summary: Great Book For Beginners
Review: I'm not a beginner, but I bought the book just to read. I read many bodybuilding books and I have to say that this book will help people reach their goals. It has good tips. If your an advanced lifter, don't get this book, it contains basic information that you probably already know about.

Summary: A best kept secret
Review: I'm not telling who I am, but I will say this, I'm a personal trainer in Los Angeles and have been for years. I train many celebrities you'd know once you heard their names and lots of regular people too. I used to read Bob Wolff's columns in Muscle & Fitness all the time, at least that's the name I remember him using in the magazine. I really like his mental understanding and philosophy of the mind and body connection. I've heard him speak and if he can't motivate you, well, then you're dead. Wolff's mind/body approach puts him, in my book at the top of his field. There's no one out there who can explain it or motivate you like him. I've used his advice on my clients for years and they've gotten fabulous results.

Good thing he's not a personal trainer here in Los Angeles. He'd be THE guy people would go to instead of me:)Congrats on giving people a great book!

Summary: A "BIG...BIG" Help
Review: I'm pumped about this book! In the six weeks I've been following the 10 sets of 10 workout I've gained 12 pounds and my squat has gone up over 50 pounds! The workout kicks my pud in the dirt but it is giving me MEGA RESULTS. There are loads of other great exercises and workouts in Bodybuilding 101, I'm just a guy who has wanted to put on size and strength and my friends and family are amazed at how quickly my body is changing. I'm lovin it!

Summary: help for the stickman
Review: I've been thin and narrow all my life. Beiung thin is bad enough but being narrow too, now that sucks. Some lifting buds at school got a book called Bodybuilding 101 and they've put on a LOT of size and strength. So I got it and started using it. The chapter I really like is called "No More Mr. Stickman" and it gives all kinds of cool exercises and tips to widen the delts out. I'm actualy starting to look human. Maybe after I get a buff enough bod, the author can tell me how to get a girlfriend?

Summary: Well Worth The Money
Review: If you're looking for a book that gives you tons of great information then this is your book. I like this guy's style. He's motivating and cuts to the chase and actually makes you want to go to the gym to try out a new way to do an exercise or a different workout. For what you're getting for the money, Bodybuilding 101 is a bargain. Highly recommended.
