Summary: A nice fitness book that will improve your golf game
Review: I dont understand why other readers didnt like this book. It delivers what it says it will. It is a fitness guide book that will help lower your golf scores if you do what it says.

Summary: Wow!
Review: I have never written a review for a book, but I was completely impressed by this book, I decided to buy another one for my boss... Personally, I've probably purchased or read at least a dozen fitness books, and I've never found one that had so much credibility (David Herman and Ernie Els), or had the exercises so clear in how to do them as well as their benefits. But the best part was their direct relation to the golfer, who so frequently isn't even thought of as an athlete! Anyway, for what it's worth - this book is awesome well worth the price!

Summary: The Best Fitness Book Ever Read
Review: I play tennis, golf and squash. You can use this book for either sport. And pictures? Awesome. It's all right there for you.

Summary: Filler, Not Information
Review: Like everyone, I wanted to know what Ernie Els did, so I bought the book. Cover looks great, but information is a re-hash and borrowing of other books, neither original(read these concepts elsewhere) or in-depth(less exercises than the other books on amazon). The part about arranging workouts was the only worthwhile section. Golf nutrition in 3 pages? The other books out are much better, buy a new dozen golf balls instead of this book.

Summary: Below Average-Get a basic training book(s) instead
Review: The only plaudit I had for this was Els tells people fitness is good for golf. That has become obvious, so what's best for me? I would get a stretching book, a weight lifting book and something on nutrition before I would buy this again or recommend it to my golfing friends. Unlike Els drives, this was a hook into the woods.

Summary: Amazing Book!
Review: This is by far the best and most helpful book about golf fitness I have read. The exercises are well chosen and clearly demonstrated and the concepts are fully explained. I love to think that I can help my game by going to the gym for half an hour a couple of times a week. One reviwer complained about the nutrition section. While they may not be nutrition experts, they are fitness experts. And that's why I bought the book! A hole in one.
