Summary: Another Me Too Golf Fitness Book
Review: As the owner of a national exercise and rehabilitation equipment company and after reading this book I give this book a 5 star rating. From the first page I realized how easy it is to follow and implement into my life. This book not only addresses excellent protocols to increase driving power, add touch, and reduce injuries, but explains WHY the exercises are done! So, if you know you weakness, or already have low back, or shoulder pain (most common), then, this book is for you! This book makes it much easier to address your weakness and then turn around and get the results your looking for out on the golf course!

The key to a successful book is the results the reader gets out of it! My hats off to the team who put this one together!

Summary: Wow, get a grip and let it rip with this fitness gem
Review: As we move into the new century Dave and Ernie realized golf had to progress also. It's no longer a game where weightlifting is looked upon with doubt and dismissed as silly. Listen to what Dave and Ernie have to say and try their iedas. If you have a high handicap or can play with then best of them this book can do nothing but help. Power off the tee can make those long par fours and seemingly impossible par fives very comfortable. Dave and Ernie,Thanks for a job well done.

Summary: Another Me Too Golf Fitness Book
Review: Basic fitness, not golf fitness in a somewhat nice package. If this is what Ernie does, he better step it up a notch because most people in my gym do more than this.

Rating: 1 stars
Summary: Waste of time/money
Review: Book summary: 1) do basic weight training exercises at high repetition to maintain strength without bulking up, 2) follow basic nutrition regimen, 3) maintain flexibility using traditional stretching exercises, 4) you can only excel at golf if you are long and lean. There truly isn't a new thought or idea in the entire book. Do yourself a favor and pass on this stinker.

Summary: Great Expectations Ruined
Review: Bought this thinking it would give me some useful exercises for my golf game. Unfortunately, the exercises and ideas are so basic you probably could guess 90% of what's in here. Maybe this is truly all a person needs to know, but I have to think there are some better and more creative approaches out there. Not at all inspirational or motivational.

Summary: Great job, great book
Review: Congrats Dave and Ernie, Finally a book on golf that dives into the training end of the game. It's about time the public understands that lifting weights won't make you musclebound. Folks we are into a new century, and the training in this book will take your game into that new century. Listen to their ideas, try their techniques, THEY WORK.

Summary: Great Set of Stretching Exercises
Review: Excellent book - fast read and allows one to quickly get a foundational exercise program in motion tailored to your golf game. The approach to the exercises are excellent: gradual exercise/stretching that doesn't cause pain, can be done just about anywhere, and improve specific muscle groups. I particularly like the stretching excercises dedicated to increasing the flexibility required to master a good golf swing. I highly recommend this book.

Summary: Great Father's Day gift
Review: Gave the book to my dad for father's day yesterday and he didn't put it down until it was through. I think that golfer's appreciate a book that sets realistic fitness goals without having to devote 2 hours a day. I'm glad my father finally has a fitness routine he can relate to.
