Review: The best book I ever read for walking. Started reading it and got out to walk the mall the next day. Met other mall walkers and am trying to recruit some of my friends. I've been at it for a week now and lost 2 pounds already. This book was extremely motivating for me.

Summary: I would be rich if I had bought this book first!
Review: This book is wonderful. Sara Donovan has the perfect blend of content and compassion. By content, I mean that I found the information truly meaty, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover unique tips that I had never read anywhere else. By compassion, I mean that her style leads me to believe that somehow she knows me and wrote this book just for my benefit! She understands my resistance, my interests, and my concerns. I only wish this had been the FIRST book I ever bought on walking or fitness or weight loss. I would be rich today.
