Review: I can think of nothing more complimentary than to want to meet the protagonist of any story. After completing this book, I wish that I could meet the fictional author of the journals and share a cup of coffee and swap stories. I'm ordering Sadil's "Angling Baja" today.

Summary: Sadil Strikes Again
Review: This is an amazing gem, like Sadil's earlier book. If you grew up along the coast, surfed, fished (bait, fly, bone jigs, inflated worms, whatever), smoked a bit, got lost on dirt tracks in Baja, raised kids, were a father - or a son - you will resonate with this. And even if you weren't, or didn't, there is writing here that surprises and delights in its poignancy and penetration. A great book that is and isn't about ocean fly-fishing.
