The guide has a logical flow to it, it starts with the common tools of the hobby, and moves through, to the finished product. As a beginer, this book has given me insight into alot of the techniques needed to tie a decent fly. The book shows great examples of fly tying materials and how to attach them to the hook. This book has been a lifesaver for this beginer.
