Review: This book was given to me several years ago and it is completely enthralling. The author takes a look at Catskill fly fishing and fly tying in the golden years. The book centers around Walt and Winnie Dette, they are some of the most significant fly tiers of there time. The book looks at ther lives and more importantly there fly tying. They supported themselves on fly tying. This is a book I would recommend to any one that has an interest in this period of fly fishing
